Neil MacKenzie Neil Mackenzie obtained his degree and honours in business studies and qualified to be a Chartered Accountant in 1980 in the city of London. He moved to Australia in 1990 and joined Orlando Wyndham in 1991 as the Finance Director and in 1994 he moved to Simeon Wines as Managing Director. Simeon wines was Australia's third largest wine company by volume and had a market capitalisation of $200 million. Neil now acts as a wine industry consultant to a myriad of wine related businesses |

Philip Slee Philip is based in the Hunter Valley and runs the "Blaxland Vineyards back office". His education includes accounting, being an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, NSW TAFE course in Viticulture Studies, Wine Production and Wine Evaluation, and studies for the Securities Institute including financial planning, wealth creation and superannuation. |

Ron Collins Ron studied Commerce and Arts (Major in Economics) at the university of NSW and later studied Viticulture at TAFE. He has owned a number of businesses ranging from wholesale food and plants to merchant banking and investment companies. He has extensive knowledge and experience in developing investments and managing them. Ron started Blaxland in 1993 and it ran a large vine nursery operation for three years prior to vineyard developments. |
