Chairman of Directors - Non Executive Neil Mackenzie obtained his degree and honours in business studies and qualified to be a Chartered Accountant in 1980 in the city of London. He moved to Australia in 1990 and joined Orlando Wyndham in 1991 as the Finance Director and in 1994 he moved to Simeon W wines as Managing Director. Simeon Wines was Australia's third largest wine company in Australia by volume and had a market capitalisation of $200 million. |

His education includes accounting, being an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, NSW TAFE course in Viticulture Studies, Wine Production and Wine Evaluation, and studies for the Securities Institute including financial planning, wealth creation and superannuation. |

Project Director Ron studied Commerce and Arts (Major in Economics) at the U university of NSW and later studied Viticulture at TAFE. at the Australian Society of Viticulturists and Oenologists. He has owned a number of businesses worked in a variety of jobs ranging from wholesale food and plants to merchant banking and investment companies He has extensive knowledge and experience in developing investments and managing them. |
